Request Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your FlowBooks account and the personal data associated with it. This page is available to everyone — you do not need to be signed in to submit a request, including if you installed FlowBooks through Google Play.

What we may delete

  • Your account profile (name, email, and sign-in credentials).
  • Workspace membership and business profile details you entered.
  • Uploaded documents, extracted transactions, categories, accounts, and contacts.
  • Tasks, comments, notifications, and support tickets linked to your account.
  • Billing records and subscription history linked to your account.

Information we may retain

Some information may need to be retained when legally required. This includes financial records required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. We retain only what is necessary to comply with those obligations and delete the rest.

Submitting this form does not immediately delete any account. We email a confirmation link to the address above — only after you click it will the request be verified and processed. This prevents someone else from requesting deletion of your account. An email address alone is never enough to delete an account.
